Due to organizational requirements, it is very important for us to know the estimated number of participants in IBERAMIA 2002. We think that the web registrations is not a truthworthy method for this accounting, therefore we are going to count the bank transfers. Thus, we request to all participants (please, only those that have not made it yet) that make effective the bank transfers before October, 25th. We might not be able to guarantee the social events, proceedings, banquet dinner, etc. to people that register after this date.

In addition, we would need to know the number of students and accompanied persons who will attend the banquet dinner. In these cases they must pay an extra fee of 70 euros per person. Please if you have made a student registration and you want to attend the banquet dinner send an e-mail to iberamia2002@lsi.us.es with data requested.

Equally, if you have made a normal registration and you want to attend the banket dinner with an accompanied person (also 70 euros per accompanied person), please let us know by email to iberamia2002@lsi.us.es The extra fee can be paid by bank transfer or in cash at the registration desk.
